At Salvage & Bloom, my purpose is to design creatively, act with empathy. Nature is what inspires every product I make. In turn, my duty as a small business owner is to protect my planet. In doing that, I donate to
My Bottom Line:
*to encourage an appreciation and respect for Nature, and Earth.
*to make and sell wildly unique, sustainable, and artistic flower art.
*to make a profit.
*to effectively use some of that profit to support other women who work tirelessly to protect animals and the environment. When that happens, we save us.
Currently Salvage & Bloom supports:
Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary: Located in Ravenna, Ohio, and serving the entire state, this non-profit organization rescues, rehabilitates, and provides an adoption program for abused, abandoned, and neglected farm animals, including horses, pigs, chickens, goats and cattle. Working in cooperation with county humane societies and law enforcement, the animals that come to Happy Trails are those that have been removed from an abuse/neglect situation, in which cruelty charges have been filed.
Additionally, I'm a big believer in "adopt don't shop," when it comes to finding the right pet for your home and family. If you're interested in knowing more about the benefits of pet adoption, read the Ultimate Guide To Pet Adoption.
