That said, we treat all customers the way we want to be treated. If something isn't right, please tell us and we'll work to fix it. 


We offer Complementary UPS Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

We offer Complimentary returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We only ask that you keep your original box and packaging to more easily return an item.

If you must return an item, repack your item in its original box with original packing and  Contact Us. 

We'll e-mail you a Pre-Paid Return Label to print out and place on your package.

Then, simply drop off your item at any Local UPS Store.

Upon a return, you will be refunded your full purchase price.  

We cannot accept any returns after 30 days, unless the product is deemed defective.  In that case, just send us a photo of your product and after inspection, we'll decide on that.

**Custom flowers are not returnable. You will receive photos of your custom or piece for final approval before it ships.
