Shipping & Returns

I take pride in my work and I want you to be pleased with your purchase.

That said, I treat all my customers the way I want to be treated. If something's not right, I will work to fix it.

SHIPPING:

I currently offer real-time shipping through UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail to the United States. 

I offer Complimentary returns if the flower is returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

I only ask that you keep your original box and packaging to more easily return an item.

If you must return an item, repack your item in its original box with original packing and  Contact Me. 

I'll e-mail you a Pre-Paid Return Label to print out and place on your package.

Then, simply drop off your item at any Local UPS Store.

Upon a return, you will be refunded your full purchase price.  

I cannot accept any returns after 30 days, unless the product is deemed defective.  In that case, just send me a photo of your product and after inspection, I'll decide on that.

**Custom flowers are not returnable. You will receive photos of your custom or piece for final approval before it ships. See my custom flower terms here.
