Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICIES:

I take pride in my work and I want you to be pleased with your purchase. 

I do everything I can to ensure your flower is packed properly and arrives safely at your door. 

Please contact me if you are up against a deadline.

IN-STOCK FLOWERS: Ship within 2 business days.

CUSTOM FLOWERS: My time frame is set at 4 weeks, but I usually get them completed before that, barring any late customer-initiated changes. See my Custom Flower Terms HERE.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

I offer the following shipping methods through UPS: Ground, 2nd Day Air, & Next Day Air.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of the order.

I ship to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time I am unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 I currently offer real-time shipping to Canada.

NOTE: In general, UPS charges an additional handling fee for brokering your package through customs. The fees are determined by your local government. You may be able to get a rough estimate HERE.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

I offer Complimentary returns within SEVEN days of receiving your purchase. 

I only ask that you keep your original box and packaging to more easily return an item.

If you must return an item, repack your item in its original box with original packing and  Contact Me. 

I'll e-mail you a Pre-Paid Return Label to print out and place on your package.

Then, simply drop off your item at any Local UPS Store.  Upon a return, you will be refunded your full purchase price. 

NOTE: I cannot accept any returns after 30 days.
